Of course it was a lie. It is easy to lie when you are on the left. After all didn't their teacher, Karl Marx say "the end justifies the means"?

The takeover of healthcare is essential to the Soviet style government that the left and Obama in particular have in mind for the US.

Ask yourself one question, Brett. Do you want to have a soviet style system for your children and grandchildren?

Stalin murdered over 20 million humans (not in the war), Chairman Mao many more (no one knows how many for sure), Pol Pot, Hitler, the list goes on and on.

Would you sentence your shildren to that kind of future?

Think of that.

With the mainstream media no longer looking after the "peoples interest", a disingenuous president, and the Republican party all but helpless, what options does the average citizen at this moment have to stem these powerful agents of fundamental change to our country. Most people are so busy trying to hold down a job that there is little time to mount a response.

Term limits anyone?

I watch Rush every day and the discussion regarding his controversy with the NFL was very balanced and fair. By the way, Rush said that the media over-valued McNabb play at the beginning of the season, he was playing poorly and did so for several games afterward. He only began to play better sometime after Rush had made his comment. In no way was it racist in intent or in content. Even Tom Jackson agreed on the show at the time but recanted later after pressure was brought against him.

brett, I am gonna help you out. The comments Limbaugh made about Mcnabb were- in print- by at least 6 other reporters / commentators. I used to have the list but never thought it would be relevant but Rush read and documented them on air during the controversy. With family in PA. it was NOT an original thought / idea of Rush's. Perhaps it was the first time entered in a national medium. all the espn crew never objected when it was said AND the controversy hit days after it was said.

I don't think the health care trial lawyers understand that
a government payer system will ultimately lead to major tort reform since government will not stand for the abuses and large punitive payments.
