Bret & Company: Your reporting and professionalism is superior and that is why I never miss a show. I DVR your show every single day and watch the entire program. My favorite is the table discussions with your panel because I get the opportunity to hear opposing opinions and takes on issues. Fox has been my prime news network for years. I was just going through the dial one day and fell upon your station and have never left. Great job and thanks for some real newes and perspectives.
Brett,
I am beginning to think that the middle east does not want the USA to pull out of that region. Everytime the idea of the US pulling out the crazies do more bombings and other insane actions. But I cant see for the life of me just why. Is it the vast amounts of aid flowing into those countries? Do they know that our economy grows ever weaker with every passing day? Are they trying to do the same to the USA as Reagan did to the russians? Has anyone given thought to this idea? Talk about it
Bret, I would recommend you inform viewers on FNC during the show that this blog is now a video blog. Your audience likes watching video (thus why they watch the show) and might not like the idea of reading a blog. Perhaps if you could change your plug for this blog to inform SR viewers of this change, more will come here.
Why is the "media" portraying the 'national health care plan' as coming from Washington (ie: the White House or Congress) when in fact it has been given to DC by the UN via the NGOs or Obama's "Expert Panels"? Isn't our National Sovereignty more important?
I "LOVE" The unafraid comment...and it's true. People need to be informed of the sweeping changes happening in our government and Fox does the best job doing just that..informing the public, against all the liberal groups at all odds. The people are paying attention. I am 46-years-old and have never been more concerned about our country. Thank you for all you do.
Thanks for a great show! It is so rare and so great to see an hour of solid, objective, informative journalism and thoughtful commentary. Fox News chose very wisely when they decided that you would succeed Brit Hume.
I am a trucker and an XM listener. I discovered Special Report about two years ago on Channel 121. While I can not "see" your graphics or reports, but I can hear the dedication that you and your fine staff commit to every report. Thank you for the hard work!! I am consistently impressed by the variety of people on the panel. I am even starting to agree with Mr. Williams, sometimes! Help! Thanks for being Journalists who are fair and balanced...you add to my knowledge of this world!
When Senator John Kerry was running for President, in a debate he criticized George W. Bush for not having enough flu vaccine for the American public. The press went wild with this. Why does this President get a pass?
I LOVED Stephen Haye's comment the other night about Obama now being indecisive about his indecision. A beautiful phrase. And I did side with Fred over Charles and Laura.
You have the BEST news show on TV. Love the Panel w/Charles, et al, and the Wed. after show discussion. I'm disgusted with the WH nonsense against Fox, Chamber of Commerce, Insurance Cos, Banks, etc. Chicago thugery . They are still in campaign mode, not running a country.
Dear Bret,
I love the show. I feel like coming to Washington because you make it look so exciting and the way you speak...who speaks like that anymore? It's very clear smooth and understandable. I cannot say the same for other networks..really I cannot! Don't understand them. I love the graphics before the show and the panel is always informative. Britt Hume is awesome! I have followed you since you were living in the Pentagon..hee hee Great job!!!
Bret,
I would love it if you, or someone else at FOX, would set up an on-line message that viewers could sign to express our appreciation to the Washington Bureau Chiefs of the networks for their courage and decency in refusing to go along with the bullying tactics attempted by the White House when they tried to shut FOX out of the "pay czar" interview.

Having done a little research in regards of the position of the pay czar and the TARP circumstances I wish to follow up with another point of view. If my research is correct, did not Paulsen require or force (lack of a better term) those institutions to take the money? Now after being forced in taking this capital, now Obama administration is using what Paulsen forced to regulate pay. Godfather/Sopranos anyone? What would Charles K. or Steve H. have to say?
I liked the 'un-afraid' addition as well, made me smile. Your show is my favorite, but unfortunately I usually miss the first half as I have to leave and pick my son up.
Please tell Roger you have (1) unsatisfied viewer. If Shep would be interested in switching that'd be just ducky. (nothing personal)
Thanks again for all that ALL of you do. It's a huge service to our country, and FOX has gotten me through this term w/out snapping entirely.
I would love to see your show expanded to 90 minutes, or even two hours. This would give more time for the panel and for your coverage of the news. Fox could give you Shep's time slot as well. With all due respect, Shep seems to be getting a little arrogant. I too, like Fair, Balanced and Unafraid. You and Glenn are "Must-see TV" everyday. Thanks for the great job you do for us.
Like Charles have prviously said Obama and his WH have become a club of winers and cry babies. Love FOX and love your show Bret among others at Fox. Keep up the good work and get some rest, you look tired!. :-)
Bret Baier is the host of Special Report on FOX News Channel. Tune in weekdays at 6 p.m. ET to watch the show. Plus, don't miss our weekly web show and live chat, Wednesdays from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET.
You can also connect with Bret on Facebook and follow him on Twitter.

Also, if you let show viewers know you're answering questions posted by blog readers in your plug for this blog, still more might come here.
