Thank's, so much for having Charles K. on you show! Iwork 10 hr. shifts and get off at three p. m. and get home as legally posible to watch ! I don't know who said to you hey, let's put Charles Krauthammer and Bret together and see what happends. WELL, what happend " is the best combo in journalism and Fox reporting EVER!Question; Why didn't the committee ask , do the five Terrorist get to represent them - selves ? if yes why? This needs to be in a military trial!

Charles Krauthammer is baffled by the Administration's decision to try the Gitmo militants in civilian court. Well Charles, try looking at it from a different point of view and maybe it will make more sense. Stop thinking about what is best for America. If your sympathies lie with Al Quida, what better way to divulge intelligence secrets than to prosecute terroists in a civilian court? Barry and Eric are too smart to go down this route just to try to score some political points.

Bret, I have a question in regards to the terrorist trial. I am assuming they recieve rights same as me and you. So does it cause a problem in the area of not being read Miranda when captured?

Nina's unfair assessment of Sarah Palin's book that basically it was all about "blaming others" reveals her cluelessness. It's a book of her life that also is meant to set the record straight on the blatant lies and character assassinations perpetrated unmercilessly against her by the press and others. No one in my memory has had to endure what she has had to. If you still have no clue of why this lady is so loved by millions (yes millions) I'll let you in on her secret. She tells the TRUTH.

I watch you every night and love the "all star panel". I especially like to hear Charles' opinion and am disappointed when he's not on! You had a very important issue recently and Charles was missing, but you had him call in with his opinion which was fantastic because I wanted to know what he would think. His short, concise, but insightfull comments are a delight. Thank you.

Taking shots at Palin Nina Easton just HAD to cast aspersions toward Palin's story about her handling by a McCain staffer, Nicole Wallace (an acquaintance of Easton's, apparently) They all stick together, those establishment types. What is wrong with an accounting of how a national campaign team handled a national campaign neophyte? Why would Sarah Palin need to "own up" to mistakes she did not make? She has "owned up" to allowing herself to be managed by these people against her better judgment

Has anyone thought about what may happen to the jury? By trying the Gitmo prisoners in a civilian court there is a real possibility of jury tampering or reprisal if/when a guilty verdict is returned. Is there anyone in the administration that is willing to have family members serve on the jury? On another point, civil court requires a jury of peers. How does that work with terrorists?

Eric Holder has now made a distinction that does not stand up! He considers the U.S.S. Cole bombing a military attack with military court jurisdiction. But, he does not think that an attack on military headquarters -- THE PENTAGON -- falls into the same category!! This terrible decision is political not rational or legal!! And even worse is the fact that Obama planned to be out of town when he dropped this bomb!!
